Einstein Bros. Bagels - Silver Spring

Just ate at Einstein Bros Silver Spring for the first time. Ordered their Farmhouse Breakfast bagel and I can easily say it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Well done!Good atmosphere and friendly service

Food is fine. Location is convenient. But the customer service is terrible. No acknowledgement when customers walk in only to wait for 10 minutes for someone to approach the register and take my order. Workers always seem to have an attitude.

Even i like the food and coffe here... it's getting outrageous expensive. Paid close to $9 for a bagels and coffee. I can buy decent full breakfast with that price point. Probably going to be last time. It's sad, things are getting this expensive for a basic stuff.

There are no chairs. It was pouring rain outside and we were told to leave after buying our bagels. We were not even allowed to stand to eat our bagels. We came specifically to have a nice breakfast and should have gone to one of the many other coffee places. Not friendly at all. Not welcoming. I do not recommend.

This location clearly has a problem. Management needs to put more care into this establishment in order to ensure it is running
