The service was excellent, a warm welcome, fast, efficient! Coffee ok. However, the donuts...not good at all. French Cruller Cream Donut approx $1.50 each.
My experience today was outstanding! The young lady in the hijab had amazing customer service, made my drink quickly /accurately and is a model employee for how she treats customers. I think her name is Veronica. Thank you so much for making my experiencewonderful today! I drive for the Metro and go to Dunkin' Donuts everyday for my green tea, and the bathroom here was nice andclean. Great job guys, keep it up!
Since a lot of people like to write reviews whe n they have something to complain about, I figure to write positive experience to balance things out. Everyone knows the food at dunkin donuts, so this is about the service. I came on sunday at 11am peakhour. The line was out to the door and place was packed (albeit with post pandemic distancing norms). They got to me extremelyfast and my order was ready within minutes. By the time i walked out most of the customers were gone. Very efficient and fastthanks !
Food is OK. Service was a little slow but everyone was doing their best to serve everyone.
Want coffee? Wanna wait 15-20 minutes for it? How about a small waiting area where you can get up close and personal with 10-15 strangers ans screaming kids? Then you'll love this place! Enjoy.
