Cava - Silver Spring

You can't go wrong with some cava. I always feel clean and healthy after eating there, and they give you a generous portion of food. I ordered chicken with super greens and white rice, along with a variety of toppings. I had no issues with this location at all.

Cava is my go-to restaurant, and my husband and I absolutely love it. I was enjoying my meal as usual when I discovered a long black hair tangled with a piece of chicken. I'm not sure how this happened, but it completely ruined my appetite. I've never had an experience like this before. I hope this review helps the management focus on food safety.

I truly adore this restaurant and its location. They serve the most delicious and healthiest bowls I've ever had. I opted for a falafel bowl packed with mixed greens, lentils, Greek olives, feta cheese, avocado, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, and a variety of flavorful Middle Eastern toppings. Everything was bursting with flavor! Their juice bar was impressive as well. The staff members were incredibly kind and hardworking. The atmosphere was perfect for sitting down and enjoying my lunch in a relaxing setting.

Great selection, friendly staff, fresh every time. I highly recommend! Also nice and clean seating area indoors and outdoors.
