Had a coupon from the app that would not send the order to the store. The manager honored it regardless. Very helpful.
I ordered a chicken sandwich meal to eat before work at night. Once I got to work I was disappointed with what I saw and disgusted by how it tasted. The chicken was so tough that it made me wonder if it came from the dollar store and question if it was really chicken. In the morning after work I returned to the location with what you see in the picture and the manager gave me a refund. As far as I 'm concerned, the cook should 've known better to ever serve whatever this was.
Well it's about 8:30 am Sunday morning So I decided to stop at my local Burger King for breakfast. I'm the only car in drive thur . The order taker cashier couldn't understand basic English or didn't greet me . I asked for cream and sugar in the coffee it was thrown in the bag. My food is cold but I am the only one in drive thur.. I didn't get a thank you. I will continue to drive on by this burger king and go to chick fil A in olney. Better service better food and they say my pleasure.
In yet another example of why the minimum wage shouldn?t be raised, the woman taking my order at the counter managed to get it about as wrong as you possibly can. We ordered two combo meals, and said nothing about the size (nor were we asked , so theassumption is that they would both be the standard size (medium, right? . She rang one up as a large and the other as asmall. When I ordered my Whopper meal, I said ?heavy tomatoes, heavy pickles?. She stared at me for a moment. So I clarified,?extra? to make sure she understood (English is her second language . She nodded. So of course, neither were added to the ticketand I had to correct her after the order was paid for. And then made to pay the 60 cents, because of course she couldn?t justcomp a couple tomatoes to make up for the inconvenience. Hire better people! And for other customers, use the self-orderscreens so you don?t have to deal with incompetent people who clearly don?t have a grasp on the English language.
