Let me just say I 've got a bone to pick with latner (or latmer it was difficult too read his name tag). In the words of my friends he was somehow both irritatingly and depressingly slow . My other friend said, and I quote, [the service] was impressively slow . Now I get it, some people have off days, but it just took so long in such a heated place. Food is hit or miss, but there are more different options here than at many of the other Silver Dollar City restaurants (sandwiches, skillets, and salads).
The robot was so cute and the food filled me up so quickly but honestly Ivan was my favorite, he gave us great recommendations and was very attentive.
