Sweet Susie's Frozen Treats - Branson

I was looking forward to trying some vegan frozen yogurt, and the website suggested they offered a coconut-based option. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering a bowl of the coconut soft serve, which turned out to be more like sorbet and lacked creaminess. The flavor also tasted very artificial. We ended up throwing it away as soon as we were out of view.

Everything is clearly labeled with ingredient and allergy information, and there are plenty of topping options to choose from. We will definitely return! This is an update from my previous review on April 20, 2022.

We ordered two of the larger containers filled with watermelon and orange sorbet flavors. The service was excellent, and they provided us with lids when we asked for some to store them in our freezer during our stay. The four vegan flavors are clearly labeled, and they are also gluten-free. You can swirl the watermelon and green apple flavors together, just like you can with the coconut and orange flavors. This place offers a wide variety of toppings, and you pay by the weight of your bowl. I didn’t get a close look at the toppings available. The watermelon and orange flavors are quite artificially colored, and I assume the green apple is as well. If you’re avoiding dairy and dyes, you might have better luck with the coconut flavor.

Amazing selections and delicious as well. Vegan, so sugar added, gluten free are all options of sweet susies. And the family that owns it works it. They are the sweetest family. We love coming here. And the shop is so colorful and cheerful.
