Picked up a pizza, well actually I popped my trunk and they put it in for me. Then I drove home and enjoyed an excellent pepperoni pan pizza. It was so good!!! I'm glad it was a large one and my wife and I have more to eat at other times. We both thought it was delicious. The chef did a great job and the person who brought it to my car was very nice as well as efficient. I'll be back! Revised: Now I've been going inside to get the pizza and this time the pizza was very good again and I even took a picture of it. It was my wife's choice of food for mothers day. She enjoyed it also.
Loyal customer here. Today my pizza took a long long time to come but they made it right!! Everyone makes mistakes!

Excellent service, awesome food and wonderful people at this pizza hut. We 've never had ANY issues and just got an amazing 'Christmas present ' from them. Hats off to Pizza Hut Fort Mill!
Ordered pizza for delivery but they called to inform me there was no drivers available. They offered me a discount for the inconvenience to go pick it up. Which I didn't mind at all. Working in the service industry I understand hiccups happen more than one realizes. I didn't mind having to pick up my order. Pizza was hot and fresh. And did not disappoint. Thanks guys for working when it's been hard these days!
