I requested onions, and they said it would take 10 minutes to prepare them, but after I completed my order, I could see them idling in the back without doing anything. Most of the staff needs to be replaced immediately. I will not be returning.

I waited outside in the cold during their advertised open hours, while a girl inside, who was supposed to be cleaning, was instead preoccupied with her phone. She was rude and seemed to think she was doing me a favor by handing over the sandwich I had already paid for.
