This little restaurant in Sigoules has got everything – good food, nice staff and reasonable prices. Sigoules has its fair every Friday in the summer, and then the village is crowded. Come any other day and enjoy a good meal here. We will definitely be back.
We were staying locally in Rouffinac and stumbled upon this little gem whilst driving around. The first twice we called in it was just for drinks. The staff were brilliant and had a great sense of humour. We were welcomed each time so on our last day of our holiday we decided to call in for lunch. It was a four course set menu and was superb value for money. Started off with a beautiful soup which was freshly made and really delicious. Then on to the salad with a beautiful dressing and warm duck. Third course was a side of pork which came out on a huge platter with homecooked chips and wonderful green beans. Finally there was a Flotante with a delicious Creme Anglaise. We were served by a lovely waitress who worked so hard as the place was full of local people eating as well as us. The cost of the meal was extremely reasonable. Loved visiting this place and would most certainly return on our next visit to the area.
