We all stood there waiting for our food. The burgers were piled up because they were being prepared. But no one was preparing the orders. A man asked the lady working the drive-thru if they were also serving the people inside. The lady wasn 't interested and just said I don 't know . She went to the back and asked who would be serving the people inside, but even then nothing happened. After waiting a long time, we just left because we didn 't feel like eating the cold burgers that were already packaged and waiting. We 're not paying for that. This McDonald 's is the worst I 've ever seen. Always long waits and cold food. Get this place under control. This branch is really poorly appointed in the surrounding area. Where are the secret buyers? Why are the employees falling asleep and have no motivated attitude? It was terrible to see yesterday how relaxed and listless the employees were working there. And no one was doing anything to make the store run better.
