La Saison - Siegburg

Very good hotel, very good service and good and rich food! Very well equipped conference hotel. Small wellness area with outdoor area in the attic. Depending on the wind direction (Start/Landebahn), air traffic noise is generated by Cologne/Bonn Airport. Worth seeing abbey on the Michaelsberg with remarkable views.

The Kranz Parkhotel is an interesting alternative for those who need to stay in Bonn. The hotel in 80's charm is very clean, very cozy and kept in a light touch of luxury. Rooms are large and comfortable. Only the missing king's bed could be disturbed. The rooms are absolutely quiet. Breakfast still deserves its name. Good sausage, jams, muesli, large fruit selection, fresh bread rolls in large selection fruit juices, newspapers, very delicious coffee and an extremely friendly service. My God, what hotel do you find all this??? Parking is sufficient and you can reach the hotel from Siegburger Bahnhof in a few minutes walk. Siegburg itself is not so attractive (forgiveness), but with Deutsche Telekomexpress (Line 66), you can reach the city centre of Bonn in 25 minutes. Finally, a real alternative to the hotel desert in Bonn.

The Sunset Bar on the top floor of the hotel is absolutely recommended. The cocktails are well prepared and not only in the Happy Hour (daily between 6 pm and 7 pm). The service is perfect as the atmosphere, especially for live music. The Havana Lounge has not been tested by me yet. Overall, the Sunset Bar is still a secret tip at the edge of the Michaelsberg.
