Each week, they offer a rotating menu featuring... read more What a fantastic hidden gem in Sidney! I highly recommend making a reservation, as the seating is quite limited. Each week, they offer a rotating menu featuring three delectable main dishes, along with appetizers and desserts. The Jägerschnitzel was absolutely superb—perfectly breaded and topped with a mouthwatering mushroom sauce. The spaetzle was soft and tender, but the true star of the meal was the fantastic red cabbage! I also have to mention that the potato pancake appetizer this week was exceptional. This wonderful restaurant is run by a mother-daughter team who greet you with such warmth, from the moment you walk in to when they prepare and serve your meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit home and to dining at Bavaria again!
