They consistently struggle to accurately fulfill orders and their staff may argue with customers when mistakes are made. It would be better to visit the locations in Wapakoneta or the ones inside Walmart instead.

I generally ask for a ridiculously unhealthy amount of pickles on my subs and today i was not disappointed! Delicious sub, even paid for Pro status to get the bonus meat. Thank you for the amazing meal tonight.

My experience at Subway on 10/29/23 for lunch was disappointing. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before ordering 2 sandwiches. We tried to present a coup... read more My experience at Subway on 10/29/23 for lunch was disappointing. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before ordering 2 sandwiches. We tried to present a coupon before ordering but were told to hold onto it and present it at the cash register later. After our sandwiches were made, we tried to use the coupon but were told that the system was having issues and we would have to pay full price, which was $21 instead of $12 with the coupon. Despite our protests, the off-duty manager insisted on charging us full price, leading us to refuse to pay. Instead of finding a solution, the manager decided to throw away the sandwiches, causing unnecessary waste. This was not the fault of the employees working that day, but rather poor decision-making by the manager. In the future, we will be going to the Subway in Walmart instead. It was a missed opportunity for good customer service.

It now takes 20-30 minutes to get a sub, only for it to be completely wrong. I don't understand why it takes so long and comes out so incorrectly. It is a terrible experience now.
