I went back for the first time in a year, and I won't be returning. The chicken was old, tough, and extremely dry.
I placed my order three times, but the girl and her coworkers were laughing and couldn’t manage to get it right. I ended up leaving and definitely won’t be coming back.
The restaurant was extremely dirty, with grimy floors and an impolite manager who was rather rude. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Eventually, I had to resort to the drive-thru, which took another 20 minutes. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. Next time, I'd rather go hungry.
Out of curiosity, we decided to give KFC another chance to see if anything had improved, but it was just as disappointing as before. The chicken didn't even taste like fried chicken—more like overcooked, tiny pieces that reminded me of fried dove. Portions have shrunk while prices have gone up. This is one of the worst KFC locations in Ohio. I wouldn’t recommend visiting; it’s definitely not worth your time.
