I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without being acknowledg... read more The restaurant was extremely dirty, with grimy floors and an impolite manager who was rather rude. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Eventually, I had to resort to the drive-thru, which took another 20 minutes. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. Next time, I'd rather go hungry.

The chicken didn't even taste like fried chicken—more like overcooked, tiny pieces that reminded me of fried dove. Portions have shrunk while prices have gone up. This is one of the worst KFC locations in Ohio. I wouldn’t recommend visiting; it’s definitely not worth your time.
