Probably the best steak sandwich I've ever had! Everyone else's dishes were delicious as well! The service was very poor though, only saw our waitress once to take our order. The food and service were excellent. We went for happy hour before our ferry ride back to the mainland and had pulled pork tacos, baked oysters, salad and wings and they were all delicious. The wings were especially crispy and delish. The staff were excellent and attentive. We really enjoyed our meal there and enjoyed the view of the harbour during our meal. I wish I read the reviews! At the start it was amazing, after we got our starters it went down hill fast! Slow service, bland dry horrible food, morning that but the cups, cutlery and water bottle were all filthy! The water bottle had mold in the lid, all the cups had soap and grime on them and the cutlery still had some food left on it!!! Only person who enjoyed their food was someone who got soup! Over priced for the portion sizes Waiter didn’t check on us until we were 90% done! We sent back my food as it was dry, flavour less, and grease Waiter did not come back or offer anything after sending food back When we went to pay we noticed it was all still full price We mentioned that we should not be paying for my plate, waiter “talked to the manager” and he said no we aren’t going to do that! Asked to then speak to said manager and he “left” already? The resolution we got? $5 off a $122 bill!! Waiter had horrid service lied to our face and apparently a magic trick called my manager disappeared! Will not be coming back and hope you do not go there either! Interestingwe came prepared cuz of the bad reviews but it was the only place that opened late so we didn’t have options. We got there at 10, 2 hours before the closing time but all the chairs were already put up. The online menu was fake and so were the promo plaques. They didn’t honor the half of oysters or some other items listed both online and at the table. The servers were friendly and intended to be helpful tho. They told us that there’s a new chef and the new chef is implementing changes before anything is updated. The servers also were very confident in what they told us yet provided contradicting information about what’s on the menu and what’s closed what’s offered so that was interesting. The food was okay. The bun was burnt but the server took it off at the end. Overall interesting experience. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
