Went a few weeks ago while I was in town for an event. Great menu, love that they had both drinks and food at this location. It's on the small side, but there was seating outdoors as well. Will definitely make this a go to stop when I'm in town. View all feedback.
What Bella J doesn't like about Tsaocaa:
This is the worst taste milk tea place in Chinatown area. They scam you extra dollar for ordering on that little machine. Pay attention to that. Also the taste of tea is really bad like it’s overnight leftover tea. View all feedback.
Shaved ices are awesome, tho the store and the seat ain't clean.
Delicious but a bit pricey. Good quality teas, love them and wish I could afford to get it more often.
Scam coffee. Doesn’t look at all like the photo they shown on menu. Doesn’t taste good, doesn’t look good
Any time I visit downtown Chicago we always stop here for an smoothie, the dessert is delicious!!
This place has the best milk tea and fruit mojito's.
