Was Humberto A at Three House a mag?
The hype is real. Greats music vibes and a very friendly staff. The space is open format with some private booths and outdoor seating. Very sleek and clean appearance. I came in for the Smash Burger but dinner does not start till 2pm. For brunch I had a chicken and biscuit sandwich with chorizo gravy. What Paige C dislikes about Three House:
The prices are far too high, and the kitchen staff was incredibly rude to my dining companion. I used to be a big supporter of this brand and what they contributed to the community, but the level of disrespect I experienced was shocking. Chef Tyler is a culinary genius! The empanadas are amazing, but the brussel sprouts are even better!

Great breakfast snacks and coffee.. try the green smoothie and their outrageous breakfast sandwiches.. super great staff, unique blended cafe model. If you live in the neighborhood put this on your rotation. Never a line, pretty snappy service and tons of room inside never claustrophobic.. EDIT: We got the chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwich, Avo toast to go, we just got home with it, holy Toledo, if we could give this place an extra star… this thing is outrageous, amazing work people!!

Secret gem in the neighborhood. Best iced coffee, mocha, green smoothie in Chicago! Empanadas are killer.
