They absolutely are not — everything is different and MUCH WORSE THAN BEFORE. I was so glad to hear they were re-opening, as I loved their fried rice — no more. Now it's that stupid peas-and-carrots concoction with no flavor. Never ordering again.

My lunch special had 8 or 9 HUGE shrimp, it was like 2 meals! And the lady in front is always very nice and VERY efficient. So glad this place is in my neighborhood!
