I live in West Loop, so was able to order beans for pick-up from the roastery. The beans I picked up were roasted the previous day, so they were insanely fresh. They also produced some of the best tasting espresso I've made! They have a wide variety of different beans and grinds as well, which is awesome. This is now my go-to company for getting freshly roasted beans in the city.
