Was rob at Smoque Steak a mag?
1st time here. Been to smoque bbq plenty of times. This is on another level. The waitress Kat was wonderful. Welcoming, knowledgeable, fun, and professional with great recommendations and a cool southern accent. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the awesome birthday dinner with the parents!!.

What Siriss Toth dislikes about Smoque Steak:
Ordered a medium rare bone in ribeye. Something strange about the taste and texture I could have confused it with a pork chop. The appetizers were unimaginative. And back to the the steak . . . For a steak place I should be able to order medium rare but it was practically well done. The server told me that was as close as the they could get it. A bone in medium rare ribeye essentially served as a well done pork chop.... View all feedback.

Excellent experience. Best (and thickest) hangar steak I've ever eaten. Very tender, uniquely flavorful. Brine/smoke/sous vide magic!

We've been regulars to theirbSmoque BBQ restaurant years. This has been only our 2nd visit to their Smoque Steakhouse. They nailed everything from their delicious apps such as the lobster grits to their entrees that are perfectly cooked like their ribeye and steak frites. Their sides such as the brocollini and brussel sprouts are great sharables! Today they had a smashburger on special which was phenomenal. We had it cut into pieces for our group to try, cause we already all ordered steaks. The burger was so mouth-watering and felt like it just melted in our mouths. They must add this as a hidden menu item or something! Rob, the GM has a great staff picking up every little detail even beyond the food such as picking up our guests coats from the ground, to making sure no one has an empty water glass. Those slight details do so much that you just focus and enjoy the experience of the food and company so much more! Samuel was our server today and was wonderful, witty, and friendly. Couldn't ask for any better service. Thanks to the crew and of course to the kitchen. We'll be back for more!
