I got some sliced brisket for a football game and the guests described the meat as so tender they didn't need a knife. It was delicious, with minimal fat and grease. It costs more than at other restaurants, but you get consistently good quality smoked meats here.

The staff was very attentive and anticipated any need we encountered. We enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket. My boo thang really enjoyed the Mac and cheese and the jalapeño. We will be back next time we are in Chicago!
