The burger came out and after taking a bite, my gf realized... read more My girlfriend and I went to Lucys for the first time today, and got a chicken sandwich and a burger. The burger came out and after taking a bite, my gf realized it was completely raw. They took it back and made a new one, but never said sorry nor offered a refund for the burger. However, the food (once cooked) is really good. The workers are also nice, just not too pleased with the raw burger and no refund.

As for the fries which are soggy tiny and the milkshake for 5 dollars and it’s a small it’s insane. As of now I won’t be back I’ve given Lucy’s 4 chances to redeem themselves but they have not.
