Been going to La Villa restaurant for over 30 years. This was my go to pizza and pasta place unfortunately this restaurant customer service and food quality is now subpar. I have had multiple incidents of rude and incompetence. I was there tonight and the pick up system is awful. My family and I been ordering from La Villa since the late 70s before I was born. One of the best pizzas in the city on a good night!
