SHORT INDIAN LADY!! SUPER RUDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT MISTREATS PEOPLE!!! Apparently she’s know for being horrible! I’ve been flying for 13 hrs I came to this shop at Ohare airport around 2:45am there was an Indian lady selling coffee to other people before me. Dealt with Ariel and she was wonderful. I would give her five stars. Unfortunately we had been delayed/cancelled a bunch and had food vouchers to use. Once I pulled out the vouchers her coworker at the next register loudly yelled that’s “not happening” and began arguing with us angrily over our cashier who was patiently trying to explain the process, she even asked him to please let her handle it. Short Indian lady was so rude. Tried to embarrass me cause I was pulling out exact change. Saying “do you have money or no?” Are you kidding me??? Who talks like that? The croissant was dry and cold. No care no customer service. Disrespectful behavior. Breakfast was not up to par. Busy or not. Deliver your best and be efficient. I am a Nordstrom employee. Customer service really lacks everywhere these days. So sad to see.
Very bad and rude experience. I missed bagels from my online order on airport. When I told them they checked my bag like I stole it. And the lady on the counter keep saying that she gave me bagels. They don’t like Asian people. When I prove them the lady even did not show her face. She hide behind the counter. My worst experience in Chicago.
