Dunkin' - side

Owner should hire more staff poor old guy was totaly lost and let everyone wait on drive thru for 15 min ending up messing everybodies order ! Don't be cheap owner ! Hire more person !

The gentleman that works at night is so nice and sweet. This was my 5th visit since I started working in the neighborhood 2 months ago. He always has a smile my order is always correct. He greets you and thanks you for your business. I normally go between 10:00 and 11:00 pm. Once I forgot to add caramel to my macchiato and he did not hesitate to add it with a smile you have got to appreciate the small things in life like this and this gentleman I greatly appreciate.

Been coming here for the pass 2 years for my coffee every morning at 6 am . I am a delivery driver in the area. I will no longer be supporting this Dunkin’ Donuts . The guy had the doors locked because he is alone but he told me before to go to driveway , I went to drive way and he basically pushed me away!!!! So Dunkin on Lawrence you are terrible never again!!!!

I usually come to this store. Previously, the service was better. I ordered a sourdough sandwich and they couldn't even toast the bread and bad service.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts…. And my walk-in orders are always ready in time!
