Got 2 large free dunkin refresher from the dunkin app. Had me the watermelon one and the 2nd one was the mango tea. Also, got me 2 jelly donuts for added support.Kid-friendliness: The child friendly options are just your typical donuts and the smoothies.Parking: Think it was 4 spots for parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair accessible entrance and searing. This restaurant consistently makes mistakes with orders. They cannot distinguish between OAT milk and regular milk in a latte. Unfriendly employees add to the negative experience. I would not suggest visiting this establishment. View all feedback.
This restaurant is situated closest to my address, however, they have recently been making mistakes on my orders which has left me feeling very disappointed.
I placed an order through the app only to be informed at the drive-thru window that they were out of the donut I wanted. The employee said she couldn't issue a refund as her manager was not present. The service was unfriendly and the staff were impolite.
Made my coffee as well as my partners coffee this morning perfect. I just moved to this area. This is going to be my go to dunkin now.

I arrived to the restaurant during the hours of operation to find that the front door was locked despite the fact that there were employees inside. Two female employees were busy sitting in a parked car in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot smoking marijuana on company property. Once they exited the car, I asked one of the female employees if they worked at the restaurant and she informed me that they did. I asked if she would unlock the front door and she did. After entering, I asked why the front door was locked and she told me that there was no one available to service customers in the front of the restaurant. I asked if there was a manager on duty and she told me there was not. I asked what her name was and she told me that it was 'Janet ' despite the receipt showing that the employee name listed was 'Evelin ' with the accompanying employee ID number showing 614424.I 'm sure that such conduct is not conducive to running a business. Allowing employees to lock doors during hours of operation effectively turns away customers. Allowing employees to smoke marijuana on company property is bad for business. Allowing employees to work while under the influence of marijuana is terrible for the reputation of your business. I hope this issue will be promptly dealt with.
