I a... read more I have been having a bad experience woth this dunkin. Everything I go to the drive thru the mess up my coffe order. And I do t catch it until I get to work. I ask for a latte with Almond milk and and I get regular milk. Mind you I pay extra for almond milk. Then I order two coffees one decaf and one regular cream and sugar I get one decaf and a large decaf with cream an no sugar. Again I didn't catch it until I got to work. It's so frustrating. I need to find a new location.

First they give me the wrong flavor and I send it back to be remade and she gives me the same drink back as if she remade it. Came back inside to have it remade a second time and they actually remade it for me so thank you for that I guess.

Her face wasn’t even washed when i confronted her! Very simple you dont like your job quit!!!
