Dunkin' - side

My visits to this Dunkin Donuts branch have left me with mixed feelings. Although the staff offered good service on my last visit, I was let down by the cleanliness standards. It's astonishing that such issues haven't prompted closure by health inspectors. I won't be returning here. If visible areas are this dirty, I shudder to think about the unseen spaces.

I took my grandson here to see if they had Cookie monster ice cream because it's so hard to find, And they had it!!! I got him a double scoop.That was one of the biggest double scoops i've ever seen his eyes Just lit up!! Lol I ended up getting it in a cup because it was so big. Very good service very fast and the location was extremely clean!! I will definitely be back with my grandson

Worst service at a Dunkin location ever. My mom tried to order 3 drinks, hash browns and 2 sandwiches (Dunkin Refresher, 2 Coffees, Turkey Sausage,egg and cheese sandwich, sourdough grilled cheese sandwich) at the drive thru. It seemed fine until the cashier working started to be rude after saying that they didn 't have a Dunkin Refresher. My mom then asked if she can get a Matcha Latte instead. The cashier said to go around the drive thru again because there were other people behind her waiting. It was very rude and inconvenient, yet he said for the convenience of other customers so it 's real hard to add another drink to the order since one wasn 't in stock? And it definitely sounded like he didn 't want to change our order even though we 're also customers. My mom just left, and I 'm sure the boss was pretty mad at that person for doing that, but who knows since I see so much bad reviews for this location. There are many other Dunkin locations to go to, avoid this one at all costs.

Service is good, the restaurant is small with very limited seating.

7 workers behind counter, no other customers and it took 11mins for me to buy a SINGLE donut in store. No excuse.
