Service is good, the restaurant is small with very limited seating.
7 workers behind counter, no other customers and it took 11mins for me to buy a SINGLE donut in store. No excuse.
I have been having a bad experience woth this dunkin. Everything I go to the drive thru the mess up my coffe order. And I do t catch it until I get to work. I ask for a latte with Almond milk and and I get regular milk. Mind you I pay extra for almond milk. Then I order two coffees one decaf and one regular cream and sugar I get one decaf and a large decaf with cream an no sugar. Again I didn't catch it until I got to work. It's so frustrating. I need to find a new location.

Made a mobile order at 5am. Got to the window at 520am. Order was not ready. Told the guy that i had to be at work, and that's why the mobile order was placed. 20 minutes to have had it ready, and it wasn't. The guy that was there was annoyed and flat rude. My boyfriend jokingly said to be careful with drink and make sure he didn't mess with it. I laughed, but something told me i should check before i start drinking. I open the lid, and I find this ?? looked like a pube. Needless to say last time I ever ordered from there. Go to the one on 89th and Cicero. So much better, faster, kinder.
