Located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dine was a very nice lunch experiences. Calamari was excellent, as were the fish tacos and blackened salmon salad. Server could have been more attentive and anticipatory of our needs (i.e. I shouldn't have to ask for water, a napkins, salt pepper etc). We dined during the 4th of July weekend, so they may have been short staffed and/or very busy. I would return to try dinner! View all feedback.

After seeing the reviews for Dine, I was interested in giving it a try. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance and will not go back. There are too many good restaurants in the area so bad (or nonexistent) service doesn't need to be tolerated. The first warning sign was at at 12:30 there were only two tables with guests. Went here for Mothers's Day when the reservation didn t work out. They have free valet parking. I enjoyed an alright steak a the service was good. This small restaurant is connected to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I ate both lunch and dinner there same small menu but sufficient. Reasonable prices, fast service, wonderful wait staff are reasons I kept going back.
Great menu with good variety, convenient when you prefer to stay in, and full service. Paul is always good with recommendations and impeccable service.
What’s nice surprise this restaurant was! I ate here tonight while staying at the Crowne Plaza with my 8 month old son. I was a little leery taking a baby to the restaurant but everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The manager even came over and played with the baby. Ting was our server and probably the best server I ever had. She even wrote in each condiment container so i knew what was in each of my left over dish. The food was outstanding. I had the hummus and fresh pita chips. I was told the hummus is made fresh onsite. I also had the classic double burger and fries (boring, i know but this burger was great! For dessert I had the chocolate peanut butter sandwich with ice cream. I’m usually not into sweets but it was so good I ate almost all of it. I stay at Crowne Plaza when I’m in Chicago and will definitely dine here again!
The bartender Brie is the reason I'm writing this review. Excellent service she deserves recognition! Great job! Very attentive and funny.
