Crab Cellar - side

They are unwilling to acknowledge their shady business practices. I made a reservation and had to cancel it due to serious family illness and they refused to refund my money, and even disputed it when I asked my credit card company to get involved. This company is completely without empathy or compassion, better hope you don't have to cancel or they'll steal your money. Everyone should avoid this place, they like to abuse and bully consumers.

I was so excited to finally try but I was disappointed. All of my food was lacking flavor. There wasn't anything I had that was delicious except the peppermint ice cream with the chocolate fudge. I mean the coconut cake even had no flavor. The sides were underwhelming. Although the hushpuppies were ok, they were the only thing I could actually enjoy. The food was not worth the high price at all.

It was an amazing birthday dinner. Pretty pricey to not be able to take home a doggy bag. You get nothing.... only what you can eat there.

This place is amazing! It's quite expensive, but it's fun for a trip if you're looking for a special event meal, or if you're from out of town like me. If you're big into crab or lobster then this place is second to NONE. The experience is very personalized and they really take care of everyone — you'll have a lot more fun here compared to an expensive traditional restruant. The food was superb and the drinks were nice as well. If you like all you can eat crab and don’t feel like sourcing it yourself, then you’ll love them. Went for my mom’s bday and we ate good! This was my second time visiting and I think the service was a bit lacking this time. My easygoing partner even noted how inattentive the waiter became throughout the evening. Maybe they were just tired that Friday evening. Overall the food was great and the crab legs made up for the waiter’s service.
