What Jen Santiago doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Asian lady behind the counter poured a large cup of caffeinated coffee and I ordered decaf. I am currently expecting and can not have caffeine especially not a large cup! She told me people make mistakes. No apology. The “manager” was absolutely just as rude and disrespectful. Staff is very rude and inattentive. They not only made my order very disgustingly super watery and big chucks of ice but it was a mess they handed me my drink with coffee dripping and no napkins.
Step it up kid's, some ppl have to work nights put you phones down and earn that money..
Made and order and paid for delivery. One of the items was wrong and one of the items didn’t even show up. When I called the staff said there was nothing that they could do. They couldn’t even give a refund.
I love this location! The staff is always super welcoming and nice, and the service is always fast. Highly recommend
I liked the Oreo cookies and cream milkshake with M&M's, even the llama drank it!
