I booked in the morning for the same evening, Saturday, and rang a couple of hours later to amend my booking for half an hour later and one less guest. This was handled in a friendly, professional manner. We arrived on time and greeted warmly. The service was efficient and helpful. I was extremely disappointed after spending nearly £100. Several of us felt unwell after our meal. Many dishes were unavailable, and they had no beer on tap, only a limited selection of bottled beer. They didn’t even offer us a milder option and claimed they had no yogurt, even though we noticed they had raita. So disappointed after spending almost £100. A few of us are feeling poorly after our experience. There were lots of dishes which were not available. There was no beer on draught. There was a v. limited bottled beer selection. They wouldn't offer us a mild version and they said they didnt have yoghurt but we noticed there was raita. The toilets were not available to customers and we were sent to a different premises next door. The food was poor in taste and quality. The table and plates were not clean. Overall a v. bad experience. Only wish we had seen the reviews on TripAdvisor before booking. Have been here before a couple of years ago when it was new and it was a much better experience.
Was lovely food, but the toilets were out of order so had to go into next door restaurant to use the facilities.
Food was lovely, great service and not over priced. Recommended.
After being told no draft larger, the group said no worries bottles. However when one person asked to use the toilets were told they are out of order. So we left
Starters order had to be changed as they had run out of ingredients Main course chicken burger was returned as stone cold and my Wife had deville chicken which was over cooked and dry. No manager on duty just x2 young girls trying there best to manage. Finally the deposit I paid on line was not removed from bill which I forgot to claim. Terrible experience will not go back!
