What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I usually order through the mobile app and have never had any issues until my recent experience. The barista decided to lecture me on how long it takes to fulfill a mobile order as she handed me my drink. The next time I went, they rudely informed me that they needed ten minutes to prepare my order. I will be going to Turnersville or Sewell instead of returning to this establishment. It is understandable for a restaurant to be busy and make mistakes, but it is not acceptable to deny service or consistently make simple drinks incorrectly. I sympathize with the staff, but it is frustrating when pre-ordered drinks are dumped out for sitting too long and when menu options are not available.
