Great family restaurant. Definitely the best Mexican food I've ever had, which was somehow surprising for such a small city with not much industry or attraction. All I tried on the menu was excellent, and the service was family-like.
Only sit down restaurant open on a Saturday night it seems. Had the Enchilada Verdes. Pretty darn good for Sibley. Would come back again for sure.

Best chicken Enchiladas I have had in Iowa! Friendly couple own and work the restaurant!
Listen... this is Sibley Iowa. Traveling for work hungry, I love Mexican food. I had enchiladas verdes, chips and salsa. Everything was good.
