What M M doesn't like about 1015 Steak Company:
We both ordered filet mignon, it was so over done it wasn't edible. We let the waitress know, they didn't offer to re-cook instead they gave us three whole dollars off the $50 steak. We will never ever eat there again. Atmosphere was great, service was marginal, food was terrible. In a word, Amazing! The reservations recommended on their website are a good idea. We were there when they first opened for Saturday evening, not an empty table or parking spot open when we left. If you are driving Anywhere in North West Iowa or South West Minnesota near Sibley, IA, this place is MUST. Even worth the 25 minute detor off I-90! The quality, quantity, and service Jesus provided us, all five stars! I rarely rave, but in this case, I am. I had the smoked prime rib (Wednesday and Saturday only till gone. The anything but typical French onion (rich soup. Not just others salty bullion. Loaded Hash browns with cheese and strained onions from the previously mentioned soup. (Best $2 upgrade Ever. My daughter, on Jesus 's recommendation had the Wagyo New York Strip. (Not on the menu as were a couple other premium cuts he mentioned. But worth every penny. Sweet potato fries with marshmallow fluff on the side. I 'm not a fan but theirs I could be. The final point I 'll make, the prices may seem high to some for small town dining. I 've been fortunate to dine at some of the finest (expensive steak houses in this country, I have a NEW Favorite.
We made reservations for a family dinner and everything was perfect. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. Service was excellent. Highly recommend for that special event!
