Subway - Shrewsbury

Still impressed! My order was perfectly made without any mistakes. The shop was spotless, and everything was neatly stocked. This time, I interacted with Edwin. It was another great experience; once again, I was thoroughly impressed with this Subway. Nick, one of the staff members, stood out to me. I often find myself disappointed by the service from younger workers at fast food places, but Nick was exceptional. I’ve never encountered someone so young who delivered such great service. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My wife went inside while I waited in the car with our daughter, and she told me the staff was fantastic—very friendly and got everything right. They must have been quick because she returned in no time. The parking lot is curved and faces the square. Overall, I'm very impressed, especially since I'm not usually a fan of Subway. (Regarding other reviews, I typically give credit based on the reviewer's effort to use proper spelling, grammar, and complete sentences. If you can’t take a few moments to write properly, you might just be an angry person looking for a platform to vent.)

I rated it five stars because the staff is friendly, there's usually no wait time, and I really enjoy their meatball subs. I don't visit often, though.

Metro is an amazing restaurant with the freshest food. I ordered a six-inch sandwich, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They prepare your sandwich with great care, and I had mine in less than five minutes. The place always looks inviting, and the staff shows immense respect to customers. I've also had the pleasure of getting to know the owner, who is a fantastic person. He’s always ready to help and makes sure everything is just right. If you’re looking for something fresh, I highly recommend visiting the subway shop in Shrewsbury for the best sandwiches you'll ever taste!

Good franchise. Great location, but the park situation can be cramped when you go when busy. The food is as fresh as possible.
