Sawa Asian Bistro- Hibachi Grill

Everyone's food was very good. Only complaint I had was the Thai wings were extremely salty. (Could have been me that night but it was the first time we tried them so not sure if it is the norm.

Came here for my oldest son’s birthday. We have a special needs child and they were accommodating. The food was great but I wish all hibachis had the mustard sauce for dipping instead of the yum yum sauce.

The atmosphere is always enjoyable, and the quality and flavor of the food are consistently good. However, the experience can vary depending on the cook assigned to your order, and it can be somewhat pricey. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a family outing or a date night.

We visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day and had a reservation for 7:45 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes because the previous guests at our table were still finishing up. After waiting for 30 minutes at the bar, I checked back with another hostess, who repeated that it would be another 15-20 minutes. After waiting an extra 15 minutes, we decided to give up and just eat at the bar. During this time, I called OpenTable and discovered that the reservation was actually made 15 minutes in advance. It seems they are simply overbooking and trying to manage the situation as it unfolds. On a positive note, the sushi was good, and the bartender was friendly.

The experience was enjoyable once our cook finally arrived. However, it took nearly two hours for him to come due to the restaurant being overbooked. We also felt quite chilly; it seemed like there was a draft that made us uncomfortable.
