Domino's Pizza - Shrewsbury

I just placed an order through the app and ordered pasta, specifically requesting no onions. When I received the pasta, it had onions, so I called the store to address the issue. The person who answered the phone told me that their records showed my order included onions. I explained that I could show him my recent orders where I had clearly specified no onions, but he simply said there was nothing he could do about it. This is incredibly poor customer service, and it has completely ruined my meal, which I was really looking forward to. I'm disappointed that instead of trying to resolve the problem, I received such a dismissive response over the phone. It's a shame because we order from them quite often. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after this experience. I really dislike raw onions on my pasta. Thanks for nothing!

I wouldn't even give them one star. I placed an order at 7:46 PM, and it's now 10:15 PM with no food in sight. When I called at 9:35 PM, I was told it was being loaded into the delivery vehicle and would be on its way soon. Yet, we still don't have our meal, despite having already paid for it. The service has been absolutely terrible. I plan to stop by tomorrow to get a refund.

I experienced the worst service I have ever encountered. My order was over an hour and a half late without any communication, and there was no effort made to resolve the situation. It's truly a joke of a restaurant. I strongly advise against wasting your time or money here—you'll just end up spending your money and leaving without any food.

I paid with a dominos gift card..there is no way to add tip if u pay with gift card..when ordering online. The order was so poor quality...raw inside...and no toppings...they made such order purposefully...driver was so in attitude....very poorexperience...this is not a good store to buy...do not waste money....order from different store....when u submit your review onorder...u get just basic points back for messing your order....there is no outcome of feedback as well.

They took 90 minutes and got my order wrong and only gave less than half my order worth of online points as an apology, but they expire in 30 days. Overall regretting not ordering Chinese instead.
