I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, they informed me that they had no table available for me. They only took my name and said I would have to wait until five other parties were seated ahead of me. The manager didn't do anything to resolve the situation or address the mistake. Why offer a service if you don’t honor it upon arrival? This is a serious lack of customer service. View all feedback.
