The staff saw us when we entered but didn’t acknowledge us at all. Instead, they tried to move us aside to take the orders of two people who came in after us. Those customers weren’t even called; they just placed their orders, paid, and received their ice cream while we waited. We waited about 20-30 minutes for two ice creams, all while surrounded by six other people in the cramped, warm space. Unfortunately, the ice cream wasn't worth the wait—it was watery, broken, and quite bland. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This place is fantastic! I wish I could rate it even higher.
If you're looking for something unique, you have to check out this place! The ice cream is made right in front of you, which is such a fun experience. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Just be prepared for a generous serving of dessert—you'll definitely get more than enough! Plus, the prices are quite reasonable.
Awesome! Never rolled ice cream before but they have a vegan option. Was wonderful and will be back for more.
My daughter and I discovered this local gem today. If you haven’t been here yet you must go!! She loved watching the ice cream being mixed and rolled up. This is the best ice cream and the lady who owns it is so sweet. Tons of mixing options to create your own and awesome menu selection
