My fiancé and I visited this location for the first time today and let me just say, EVERYTHING was amazing! Great food, the portions were very large. Atmosphere is absolutely chill, and welcoming. Our sever “Meg the Stallion” was Top Tier, attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and very nice! Of course the bartender Maddie was absolutely on point! She made our drinks to perfections and even suggested the coffee flight,... View all feedback.

Another downside was the extremely loud music, which made it difficult to have a conversation with the person sitting right in front of me. Given our experience, I doubt I will return to this restaurant. I hope they pay attention to customer feedback, as many reviews reflect a similar experience among diners. View all feedback.
**Cons:** We waited for 2 hours for a table for 5. The app doesn’t provide updates on the wait time or how many groups are ahead of you, and they don’t take reservations. Additionally, they prioritize seating smaller parties, often accommodating groups of 2 or 3 over larger ones, which was frustrating for us. We arrived at 11:55 and finally decided to leave at 2:15 after waiting, even while two members of our group were already seated. We were informed that it was easier to seat three groups of 2 than one group of 6, which clearly doesn’t make sense. Once we were finally seated, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes just to place our drink and food orders. They also didn’t offer outside seating, claiming it was too hot, despite many waiting guests having no preference for outdoor seating. **Pros:** On the bright side, the food was decent. The staff was friendly when we finally got to interact with them. The restaurant has some really cool artwork, making it a great spot for social media content. However, for this restaurant to thrive, they need to manage their seating more effectively and ensure that service is quicker. I see potential here because Shreveport could use more places like this. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of improvements. Overall, I’d rate the signature brunch rolls a 7/10—definitely try them first thing when they open.

I went to the restaurant with my father on May 21, 2022. We were seated fairly quickly, which was nice, but unfortunately, we were placed in an area that had a lot of bugs and hair on the table. The table next to us mentioned that they had also initially been seated there and requested to move due to the same issues. I think it would be important for the restaurant to address the cleanliness and bug problems before seating anyone. Fortunately, the table next to us finished their meal, so we asked the waitress to clean it up and we moved over. I wouldn't choose to return there intentionally unless I had no other options.
