You can’t be in Shreveport ,La without eating some real soul food. I was told to go to Taylor’s Catering and Soul Food, and this place did not disappoint! In Louisiana they cook with what is called the holy Trinity Onions, Celery and Bell peppers in every dish. I stopped in to day and the Turkey wing with rice and gravy with green beans and corn. First off the price blew me away. The Turkey wing had no seasoning and looked under cooked the rice was super hard and gravy had no taste.the only things on the that tasted halfway decent was the two vegetables. Down Home Soul Food with a Positive Social Vibe! By far one of the best lunch spots in Shreveport.

I Recommend this Place! Great Food!! Very Nice People! Worth it!
So good that if ya bring ya Grandma here she might stop cooking.
If you go for lunch be prepared to wait in line. I ordered the Turkey wings rice and gravy, with greens, corn, bread. Everything was good but the rice it was under cook.
