Sumo Buffet - Shreveport

The first time to eat here. it was good! great variety. our waitress was on the quiet side. the dame in register was very nice and friendly. the restaurant was very clean. will return definitiw.

Took a chance on this place after reading such mixed reviews… My family and I visited around 6p.m. Our server was excellent, however the food wasn’t the best. The fried rice was crunchy and most of the meats were not very warm. Not a great meal for 45$ for 2 adults and 2 babies.

I’m not sure where to start besides I wish I would’ve listened to the woman who told me not to go in there because it was the worst experience she’d had eating at a place! The staff here were some of the most rudest and unprofessional people I’ve ever come across while dining. The ladies just sit and watch you the entire time and bring you your ticket before you even finish your first plate. One time one of the ladies dining behind me had to raise her voice because an employee tried to rush her out before she ever finished her first plate. The food is not worth what you have to deal with. Won’t be eating here again.

I will never go back to this place again, if I could give them a ZERO rating I would. The staff there is extremely rude ! I tried going on multiple occasions and each time it got progressively worst. One time the server brought a drink to our table with a fortune cookie paper in it and got an attitude when we asked for another drink. Make sure you inspect your utensils because they are often nasty (you may just want to bring plastic utensils). While you are eating the staff just stands and watch you as you eat your food as if they’re rushing you out! They are very unfriendly! I would not recommend, there’s better Chinese Buffets around ! No one should be uncomfortable while dining at a restaurant where they are paying to eat.

I will not go again, food options are very little, no dessert options, barely any fruit. They do offer a sushi bar but that's as exciting as it gets. Check your bill for accuracy if you care about your money. Don't expect good customer service.
