After tonight, I told my daughter that she needs to find another restaurant that she enjoys because I am fed up with every McDonald's I visit. Every time I go, it's a struggle—sometimes I wait 30 to 40 minutes without even getting my food, or when I do, it's cold or the customer service is terrible. The manager and employees gave off a very negative vibe. The service was incredibly slow, taking almost 35 minutes just for my order. Meanwhile, I could hear the staff complaining about Mr. Griggs and how he seems indifferent to their needs and well-being.

I ordered at 9pm, was told to pull up, never received any food. The girl took my receipt after arguing with me about my order, she never gave it back. At 9:30pm, went back around in line and asked for a refund.i ordered; (1) dbl Q.P. meal LG, (2) 10p Chkn meals LG. My total was $27.11, but was only refunded $24.92. Vicki was the mng on duty, I told her repeatedly that the girl had my receipt and what my actual total was, she didn 't bother to check my receipt nor return it for an accurate amount and kept rolling hers eyes and acted as if I was invisible. While waiting forever, the girls at the window kept having their friends come through the drive through playing their music extremely loud, and none of them were wearing masks. The manager insisted that I take the food, after I repeatedly told her no, she claimed that she couldn 't keep it. So when I got home to feed my children, their ckn nuggets were actually still cold as ice inside, and our large fries weren 't even half full. This place is a joke. The employees are way to disrespectful especially to Caucasian people. If I choose to come to this location, and spend my hard earned money, under no circumstances do I deserve to be treated so disrespectfully, argued with, or food thats not even cooked, and not a complete refund. I do want the rest of my refund. And will never come back to this location. Also tried to do the survey but ever time I submitted my comments, it starts over. So whats the point. This was at 4010 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier City.
