Burger King - Shreveport

The food was excellent and served hot, and the staff was friendly and professional. This used to be a Burger King, which I used to avoid even though it was the closest option to me due to rude staff and long wait times resulting in cold food. However, my experience this time was very positive. Keep up the good work, Burger King!

We hadn't visited this Burger King in years due to poor service, but after several renovations and a few years, we were pleasantly surprised. The drive-thru service was exceptional, with a clean parking lot and building, and a functional drive-thru menu. Our driver was friendly and professional, and our food was delivered quickly and hot. However, we were disappointed when we opened our food at home. The fries lacked salt and quickly became cold, and the Jalapeño Poppers were not spicy and had a bland filling. On the bright side, our sodas were refreshing and the burgers were delicious. It's worth a visit if you haven't been in a while, and a nice change from other fast food restaurants on Pines Road.

My burger was cold. not warm, but cold enough to lift the cheese from burgerpatty. I should have seen the set when I chose the empty drive thru and parking place as I wait in the slow mcdonald’s car thru next door. never again. Now I know why this place is never busy. that was the first time I had eaten in the Burger King for years. No matter how long it takes, I will just wait in the line of whataburger or mcdonald!

They actually got the food right your tasted great it was fresh they're getting better let's go spend some money with them. I mean they're a whole lot better than they were 3 months ago

That was the day I decided to eat quickly. thanks to burger king. I asked for a hepper. I got a slop sandwich, broth hard broken in half, sandwich seemed to sit on hours and all she did was removed the tomato and wobble. that's just flat from nasty
