These people in this store obviously are not trained in customer service if you dare complain about anything whether it be the service or something wrong with your chicken they feel offended and take it personally like you are bad mouthing them. Whenasked to speak to a manager I was told I was speaking to the manager then 2 minutes later a Man shows up at my window and sayshe's the manager?? Seriously I think there's some ego trips going on here and they need to hire people that care about theircustomers
The food here is always really good. They make one of the best chicken sandwiches in town. They have a pretty efficient system in the back and the food is always out quickly as well. This last time I was here, the service wasn't too good, but it's notgoing to stop me from coming back.
The buffet was disappointing. There was no chicken or biscuits available, and we had to wait about ten minutes for any to be brought out. The food that was available was good, but they really need to be more consistent.
KFC is a great spot for fried chicken. My daughter and I usually enjoy the famous bowl from their menu, which features delicious mashed potatoes. It's so good!
I've repeatedly voiced my concerns to the managers, but my orders are never correct. Each time, I'm offered a free cake in compensation, which I always refuse because I simply want my order to be right. How difficult can it be to accurately select the number of pieces of chicken? For years, this KFC hasn't shown any improvement, and the staff seems entirely untrained.
