Whenasked to speak to a manager I was told I was speaking to the manager then 2 minutes later a Man shows up at my window and sayshe's the manager?? Seriously I think there's some ego trips going on here and they need to hire people that care about theircustomers

The food that was available was good, but they really need to be more consistent.

Each time, I'm offered a free cake in compensation, which I always refuse because I simply want my order to be right. How difficult can it be to accurately select the number of pieces of chicken? For years, this KFC hasn't shown any improvement, and the staff seems entirely untrained.
