My friend got their mac and cheese which you can make your own with bacon or jalapenos or chili. I love potbelly! They have awesome soups and the chicken sandwich is top notch! I work a lot in DC and look forward to eating lunch there as often as I can! Definitely recommend it
Sandwiches are delicious. Cookies are perfect. Portions are great. Staff is always super friendly. We love this place!
My kids and I had a bad first experience, food and service, but management was quick to reach out and work to correct the problem. Five stars for a great management system with managers who don’t throw other employees under the bus. No blame was laid on any employees, only every effort made to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
Always friendly! Subs are Great and wonderfully fresh! Love toasted,prices are great and they handle simple special requests that aren't on menu. Coffee Milkshake is Awesome!!!
