This Au Bon Pain location is usually very busy at lunch, so I tend to come here for breakfast time when it is much less crowded. Baked goods are always fresh and rotate their soup selection seasonal. The Deli sandwiches are ordered at the counter, and there is also a varied selection of finished sandwiches and salads in a cold display case. Immigrant and got a Toasted Everything Bagel with Bacon. Left and opened the bag and noticed that something was not right. I picked up the bagel and saw 3/4 of a piece of bacon on the sandwich. I went back and went to the vault. She asked what was wrong. I opened the bagel and showed her the 3/4 stick from Speck. She said, okay? If I want more, I have to order “extra bacon”, I looked at her and couldn’t keep in my laugh. Anyway, I went away to never come back. The manager caught me at the door. I couldn't believe it. The bagel of me. It was upset. And personally, I made one. Amazing. Saved a weekly customer from never back to return. Thank you. As an entrepreneur, you did the right thing. Yosam is his name
