We enjoyed a family lunch here midweek. Bistro opens at noon and there are a few good beers on tap. There is a specials board plus the regular menu which also caters for non fish patrons. All fish meals are good quality and priced well,-not overpriced. Tried to make booking twice. Out of the busy period, and was told to call back they were busy. Finally got to speak to someone to book a table on the verandah when we’re arrived, from Sydney, we were told our table was inside. We really complained and finally got to sit on verandah. Food dishes are less food and more expensive. Prawns looked very suspicious with dark colouring around the head so these were not eaten.... View all feedback.
We unexpectedly stumbled upon this restaurant while driving by and decided to make a reservation for dinner. The food was amazing and very fresh. The menu offered a wide variety of options, but being so close to the water, we had to choose a seafood dish each. We will definitely be returning to this place in the future. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
Nice fresh fish meal but way way overpriced. Some cheaper meals available. Club type atmosphere ok for kids and families not an up market venue
This is one of the best platters we have ever tried. It had amazing fish, prawns, and lots of calamari. It easily fed three people. Compliments to the chefs!
Had lunch at the bistro of the game fishing club. Could not fault the food or the service. Huge meal (and I like a good feed) and really quick service.
