The Cheesecake Factory - Shirlington

Not the best lunch experience I've had. It seems this place has gone downhill. The rice was hard as eating rice sized rocks, it coukd have been a bad kitchen day but for lunch, it was bad and it wasn't busy. Disappointed, do not recommend d and it will be a looong time until I give them another try.Parking: Paid street parking is always taken up.

A standard cheesecake factory. The staff was great and the food was decent.

My family and I went out for my daughter's 14th Birthday Friday. Our server was Desmond. If every restaurant had a server as efficient as Desmond I believe the industry would flow a lot better. People that TRULY want to be there and also care about the guest just the same. Our food came out wonderful (any alterations that we had which weren't many was on point)! Food was spectacular. My daughter enjoyed her time from our family to The cheesecake factory family... JOB WELL DONE ???

Loud music you would think it was a night club. I had to yell my order. Steak got cold really fast and fries weren't crispy. Completely blah

Where to start first of all we were greeted like aliens the person at reception did not smile once even worse she did not even deny responding to a hello we subsequently asked to be seated on the terrace since the tables and chairs were available. She hesitated before giving us a favorable answer. Leaving us standing and waiting for quite a while we were finally installed on the terrace, where we waited about ten minutes before having a waitress ask us what do we want to drink. She gave us no complimentary in order to wait as usual, bread and butter until we asked, she brought it back to us, then took our order but of course, without cutlery, without knife, without fork, without a plate, even without a napkin, She then brought back our dish. We still had the cutlery in front of her but obviously it didn't bother her. We ended up going to get the cutlery ourselves, it's shameful, we had it though. The server ignored us practically the whole time and at the end she just left work leaving us there waiting without needing any refills or asking us if we needed anything else, she didn’t even ask if we were ready to pay, she clocked out and we were still there. Used to frequently come to this place and it's the last time.
