In fact, it's the best Napoleon I've had in the entire DMV area. It was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too creamy. The pistachio éclair was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but it was still enjoyable!

The only letdown was the extremely burnt Elephant Ear, also known as Palmier. It seems the pastry chef might have been distracted while kissing someone too long, resulting in a batch that got a bit too crispy!
